I just wanted to send a quick email just thanking you and the team over there at Key Hyundai for doing such a great job with my car. I had a great first experience, but the second really did top the first one. I was having such a hard time getting things straightened out with the other person's insurance company, and the fact that everything on your end was so smooth and painless was comforting and relieved a lot of stress. I am a pretty busy girl and travel every weekend around the country, so timing is very limited in my world. You guys not only went above and beyond by having my car ready earlier than you quoted (simply because I forgot I was flying out that night and couldn't pick it up in the morning)... but when I got in my sweet little car it was TOTALLY CLEANED AND DETAILED! You have no idea how much that made my day:) It has been weighing on me that I haven't had a chance to clean her in so long because my schedule just hasn't permitted it, and to see her so clean and know someone else did it.... just because... was like Christmas morning! So... I just wanted to say thanks. Thanks for all of your hard work, for your amazing personalities and positive attitudes, and for going above and beyond for your customers with little details such as this. You definitely made my life much easier and took stress off of me and my 'to do' list.
