Key Buick has been my only dealership for nearly 15 years. I'm driving my SIXTH consecutive BUICK and love it! I have been satisified by Key Buick, the sales staff, the service department, the parts department and everyone I've done business with or just spoke with and had a casual conversation. I have never dealt with nicer, friendlier, more knowledgible or more helpful people at any dealership in my entire life. Thank you for being so kind and dedicated to a great car, I'm biased toward BUICK, and GREAT customer service. Keep it up, the world needs people like you especially in these unstable and uncertain times. I had an initial quote from another body shop before I came to Key Buick. Their time to repair was longer and the price was higher. I didn't think that Key Buick could complete the job in the estimated amount of time they gave me within budget but they did. I am VERY satisfied and would recommend your shop to anyone. When I bring my car to Key Buick and Dennis Sawyer, I don't worry if I am going to be ripped off with unnecessary maintenance charges. Receiving a printout that has the needed repair services outlined allows me to budget dollars and time for the work to be done. Dennis always explains the pros and cons to me and I don't feel uneducated but in control in maintaining my vehicle. The other service guys are always ready to write up my car if need be.Robin
