My GMC Sierra bought in NC less than 10 days before, had a A.C. that didn't work. I had to travel further south the next day and the following day to NC. They acquired and replaced the A.C. unit and provided rental for my trip south and had my truck ready for me as I made my trip through Jax on my way home in NC. Unit was defective from factory would not hold charge.
Called to make appointment 4 times. Was on hold 10 minutes or more each time before being cut off. Never got through. Had to have car towed there because it wouldn’t run and wait in line to create ticket. Car was there 4 days. Couldn’t find anything wrong but charged $110.
I've been using Key Buick Service for about 35 years and my experience is nearly always positive. My most recent service was very professionally handled from the moment I called to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation through to the service date where Dennis very competently oversaw the service my car needed and checked for any recalls, and onto the checkout experience. Thank you very much.
My experience was great, friendly staff, easy check in, dropped me off at work and picked me up. There are two issues that makes me give a 4 instead of a 5 on the rating - I wish I would’ve been notified when my car was done and second, my appointment was for 7am, but they don’t start until 7:30 and the shuttle starts at 7:45. I could’ve saved a lot of time if I’d known this in advance.
Had engine warning light while traveling to Jacksonville. Took car to Key Buick and checked in immediately. Service technician checked vehicle and advised what he thought. He was very helpful and task was completed within an hour. Never had such quick service. Very glad I decided to have Ley Buick service my car.
This was my first experience with your service department... and I was blown away. I had called in advance to schedule an appointment and was lucky enough to get Jeff... He helped me pick a day and time that he thought would minimize my wait, and when I arrived he checked me right in. I was just getting comfortable in the lounge when he came back to tell me my car was ready. Everything had been done, and I was on my way home less than an hour after I got there. Also I should mention that I spoke with several other employees while I was there, and everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I’m very pleased by the whole experience!
