It was a great experience. They worked hard to find me a rental. However the service department was very fast and at the end of the day no rental was needed. I got my car back. The only thing I will say is the brake issue seemed to be addressed after I left, until about 1 to 2 weeks later the light has come back on again. I need to take the car back in again.
Didn't like that the battery that was installed less than 2 years ago to replace the original battery that didn't last the full warranty was not covered under a separate battery warranty but, instead, was covered under the car's bumper-to-bumper warranty that had expired months after the replacement battery was installed. So our 2013 Buick Verona is now on its 3rd battery in 5 years. Also, the car wash took entirely too long.
You guys have obvious disconnect between service and sales departments. It’s taken over 3 weeks now and our Due service Bill/List isn’t completed. I’ve not once received any official email or confirmation acknowledging my appointment. Last time I showed up everyone looked confused. And we purchased a “certified” vehicle and that guarantee has been every bit short of what we expected. We just want what was promised to us.
My battery died and I had to have a neighbor jump my car. Then I drove it straight to the dealership. They kept the car over night to inspect it and then they put a new battery in. I have and extended warranty on my car. I also had a loaner car to use.
Jeff Moore was my service representative. He recently provided me with excellent service for my Buick Encore. He is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and concerned regarding all my periodic service needs at Key Buick. Key Buick is very fortunate to have Jeff Moore as an employee. You keep sending me coupons for oil changes that are not able to be used when I come in. Associate tells me the oil used in my 2014 Encore is not covered. You know what kind of vehicle I own . Please only send me coupons that work as this appears to be a bait and switch tactic that I do not appreciate.
I was a bit disappointed in the amount of additional time it would have taken to get my car wash....45 minutes! Therefore I would have been there for 1 hr. & 45 minutes!! Also, the customer lounge is a bit dated. The coffee was cold and no regular cream. Most car dealerships offer hot coffee and at least donuts.
I have a leased Encore. I brought it in for it's second maintenance check. I had an assistant checking my car in when I was told that they would rotate the tires which is recommended, however at a charge of $116.00. I have leased vehicles for years and have never been charged for this service. I have another Encore that will need maintenance as well. It left a sour taste leaving.
