When we bring or vehicle in for service we asked to deal With John, his customer service skills are the reason we come back there for service, he listens when we ask him about things and tries to do everything he can to accommodate us no matter what
It was a wait when I arrived for my 8AM appointment. Finally Jeff helped me and was so great! I was in for a routine oil change but was having an issue, too. Jeff was able to tell me the issue and found it was covered under my extended warranty. That was great news, especially when Jeff told me it was time for my 40K service...OUCH (but necessary). Due to transportation issues, I arrived after 6 but both Jeff and the the lady who checked me out, were waiting so patiently. Jeff helped adjust some costs. He deserves a raise:).
I have been to this dealership twice and had issues both times. I had my appointment with John G on 11/17/18. I explained my concerns to him and requested a wash and vacuum once he got me checked in. After waiting about 45 mins to an hour about my wash fluid not sprouting out he came back with a quote to have it repaired. I declined at the time and waited for my car to be pulled around. He then tells me I can see the cashier and I'm to figure out why, and come to my surprise there is a charge for them to diagnose the problem. He never informed me of this charge before hand and I explained that to the cashier who was very nice and understanding. If this would have been addressed to me before hand I wouldn't be so upset. My car get's pulled around and It's not washed or vacuumed so i had to wait another 30 mins which aggravated me even more. I was not pleased with this visit and John should be given feedback on providing customers with all service charges before services are done.
Came in to drop my car off for an appointment on the next day. We told the service manager the problem we were experiencing. He said I think I know what it is and to wait for a half hour. After about that amount of time he came up and said you are ready to go.
I'm only giving 3 stars because of the service I received from Jim in the service department. The body shop on the other hand I would give a 0. My experience with the body shop was okay until I went to pick up my vehicle yesterday. I met my fiance up there and saw that he was looking under the hood of my vehicle and found that the windshield wiper fluid cap was broken and there was a wire out of place. When he mentioned it (the wire) to the lady helping up she brushed if off saying well its not really that be of a deal is it? Well yes because that's not how you received it. Then when we asked about the windshield wiper fluid cap, we were met with nothing but attitude, comments ranged from well its not that big of a deal, and you can just ride around like this it wont damage anything - again extremely inappropriate. You did not receive my vehicle like that, I do not go under the hood and play with the windshield wiper fluid cap. Then with a very nasty smug attitude she says well we can replace the little $7 dollar cap its no big deal. I honestly could careless if it was $1,000, it needed to be replaced and should have been before I got my car back, and I shouldn't have been met with so much resistance. I will NEVER recommend anyone take their vehicle to Key Buick's body shop. If someone mentioned that they were taking their car to this body shop, I'd tell them to run away fast.
