My story is one of those odd stories that occur with cars. The air conditioning system is losing coolant. However no one can find the leak. The only option is to replace the compressor which is a $2,600 job...and there is no guarantee that this will solve anything. Since this is my second time in and there is no solution found Key was kind enough to not charge for this service visit. That is certainly appreciated.
Customer service was not informative. They didn’t put our information in correct, so when calling to check to see if our SUV was ready we were on hold for over 13 minutes being bounced around. When we went in the lady who helped us would just ignore the phone lines.
Scheduling my service online was easy. When I arrived for my appointment, I was immediately greeted and my vehicle was taken in for service. Service was completed in 30 minutes and I was able to continue with my day.
