Service okay. Came for recommended service and the tires you said I need were not in stock. Paid $200 March 17 for tire sensors that are apparently still not available therefore not installed. I’ve not been contacted

In take went smoothly and lounge was comfy. Saw my truck sitting there, done, ready to go, but no one around to close me out and go. After watching my truck for 5 mins, me wandering around my truck but nobody coming over to help, I finally tracked someone down to close me out so I could go. Other than the delay on departure, everything was great

My experience from start to finish was fantastic. Richard greeted me when I pulled into the service area explained the process and directed me to the waiting room. The waiting room was clean and offered drinks and a few snacks while you waited and had 2 work stations also. I received a text that I could follow the progress of my vehicle and just over an hour later we were done and on our way. Stress free and the customer service was fantastic. It was my first Buick service appointment and I definitely was impressed. Thank you for making it such a smooth process.

The attendant was on time & courteous. Came back to me & had me to sign for the work to be completed.

Tech Zack assisted me quickly and coordinated transportation home since vehicle had to be held over the weekend.

The live personnel are great 👍 to work with. I don't like the A1 system. You can't get a straight answer and have to redo the question.
