My experience from start to finish was fantastic. Richard greeted me when I pulled into the service area explained the process and directed me to the waiting room. The waiting room was clean and offered drinks and a few snacks while you waited and had 2 work stations also. I received a text that I could follow the progress of my vehicle and just over an hour later we were done and on our way. Stress free and the customer service was fantastic. It was my first Buick service appointment and I definitely was impressed. Thank you for making it such a smooth process.

The attendant was on time & courteous. Came back to me & had me to sign for the work to be completed.

The live personnel are great 👍 to work with. I don't like the A1 system. You can't get a straight answer and have to redo the question.

Becky is the best! She really takes care of her customers. She made an unpleasant visit into a delightful one. She really makes you feel like you are her top priority and kept me informed through out my entire experience with the service department.

Upon arrival the scheduled appointment was not on the books apparently, or perhaps not easily located. What was to have taken 90 minutes became 2 hours. The gentleman helping me was kind and professional. Took an extra step when returning my car and asked which direction I would use to leave the area and then parked my car accordingly. Nice touch of hospitality. He also apologized for the service job taking longer than I was told the wait would be. Appreciate that tremendously. Everyone’s time is valuable. This wasn’t lost on him.
