    Took my car in right away and serviced a recall within the 1 hr time estimate they gave me. When they gave the keys back to my car, the seat and steering wheel were not back in position and the mirrors had been moved.

    I would have preferred a little more contact instead of last minutes of shop being opened. I would have liked being offered a rental vehicle since my car was under warranty and had to stay in the shop over the weekend. Especially when they new middle of day it has not been diagnosed yet and it was brought in the night before.

    This was my 1st service at Key and overall, it was a disappointment. I dropped my vehicle off, and that part seemed to go smoothly. A couple of hours later I received a text message asking if they could keep the vehicle overnight. I agreed to and asked if I could get an update in the morning, and I received a follow up text that I would. The next morning around 11am I had not heard anything and sent a text which received no answer. About 30 minutes later I called and left a message for the service advisor and an hour later I had not received a call back. I called the main service number, and the phone rang until it transferred to the dealership operator. She then transferred me to the service advisor VM again and I left another message. I called the main service number again and it rang until it transferred to the dealership operator. I then spoke with the operator and asked her if she could get “any” person on the phone for me and she said all she could do is transfer me. I then asked if she could have someone walk to the service department and get them on the phone, at which time she refused. Her reason was everyone was busy with customers. At this point I drove to the dealership and found the service advisor wasn’t at work and it was very obvious that my vehicle had been pushed off to the side. While talking to the only service advisor there (a lady in the 1st booth) she tried to be as helpful as she could and tried to get my vehicle completed by the end of the day. I did report all this to a lady who appeared to be working in the service office. In the end the truck was returned to me by the end of the 2nd day.
