    Nothing special, this dealership has a poor service department. This was my third and final visit to this place. The people that should help are poorley trained or no one in the service department cares about customer service. I will go to another Buick dealership for service or go to a lube store to have my oil changed. The people just don't care.

    This was a second trip up to the dealer because the the day before they did not properly reset my computer after replacing(Ihope) my fuel filter. Yes his is made more concerning as my best friend had his oil changed(I hope) and they did not reset his either., which left him on the side of the road pulling a fifthwheel in the mountains…

    The service was under warranty and if I would have had to wait for parts which I was informed would most likely be the case, I was told once again the dealership did not have a loaner vehicle for me to use stating once again COVID-19 issues which was first told me a year ago. I paid for a very high end GMC Yukon and was told I would have access to a loaner vehicle if work under warranty was being done. Not LIFT or Uber service but a loaner. I'm glad the parts were in stock and it did not become an issue. I don't consider this a service department issue but a management issue. Until they stand behind the service department, I would be hesitant to recommend this dealership. I never had this issue with a different local GMC dealership with my last Yukon.
